Distilled from a rye mash aged in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished with new American Oak. Whisps of Turkish delight, rosehips and figs develop to more familiar rye notes of peppercorns and muddled mint alongside oak shavings. The palate suggests coffee cake and a little creamy soda with a lick of spice. Turns more peppery, minty and fresh through the final stages, balancing nicely. Non chill filtered.
