Bodega Enguera Dis Tinto

50% Shiraz/50% Tempranillo.

Intense, young and jovial. Aromatically interesting, although not abrasive. Very fresh on the nose highlighting the spicy aromas of chili, the Shiraz’s own pepper and the fruitiness of the Tempranillo. The early maturation of the 2015 vintage gives it very interesting and well-assembled herbal notes with the rest of the aromas. The barrel is present but it is not the protagonist appreciating vanilla notes of American oak and soft aromas of roasted almonds. Good acidity, hard tannin and slightly aggressive.

Ideal wine for that glass while you prepare dinner. It will evolve very well in the bottle, bringing out the ripe fruit, barely noticeable in the first years, minimizing the vegetable tones and polishing the tannins.
